Common questions
Everything SMBs want to know before booking a call.
How much does a custom AI agent cost?
Most builds land between $4,000 and $18,000 depending on the use-case, integrations and scope. Our instant quote calculator gives you a credible range in under two minutes — no sales call required. Customer-facing support agents typically start around $7,000; sales/SDR agents around $8,500; knowledge copilots around $11,000.
How long does it take to build and launch an AI agent?
Most projects ship in 2–6 weeks from scoping to go-live. Simple, focused agents (a single use-case, 1–2 integrations) are typically live in 2–3 weeks. More complex builds with multiple integrations or EU data-residency requirements run 4–7 weeks.
Is your service GDPR and EU AI Act compliant?
Yes. We treat GDPR compliance as a default, not an add-on — data minimisation, separate marketing consent, a Data Processing Agreement available on request, and EU data residency if required. For the EU AI Act we operate a limited-risk posture and include transparency disclosures on all AI-facing interactions. High-risk use-cases (HR, credit, health, biometric) are handled as bespoke engagements.
What systems and apps can the agent connect to?
Common integrations include HubSpot, Gmail / Google Workspace, Slack, Stripe, Intercom, Zendesk, Shopify, Notion, WhatsApp, and your existing database or CRM. Pre-built connectors are included in the base price; custom or legacy integrations are a line item in the quote. You pick exactly which systems you need during the quoting process.
Do I need a technical team to work with you?
No — that's the point of done-for-you. We handle design, build, integration, testing, and deployment. You describe the workflow you want automated; we scope, price and ship it. We do a handover session at launch, and you can optionally keep us on a retainer for monitoring and improvements.
What's included in the monthly retainer?
The retainer is optional and covers ongoing monitoring, prompt/flow tuning, model updates, minor changes, and fast-response support. Retainers are typically $200–$750/mo for a single agent and $750–$1,500/mo for a multi-flow build — roughly 15–25% of the build cost per year.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We work with SMBs and startups in the US and EU — from 1-person consultancies to 200-person companies. Common clients include e-commerce brands wanting to automate support, SaaS companies wanting an AI SDR, law firms or clinics wanting a knowledge copilot, and ops-heavy businesses wanting to cut manual processing time.
