These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OrquidAgents website and the information it provides. A specific engagement to design, build or run an AI agent is governed by a separate signed agreement; where that agreement and these Terms conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
1. Our service
OrquidAgents is a done-for-you agency that designs, builds, integrates, tests, ships and maintains custom AI agents for small and medium businesses. The website lets you learn about our work and generate an indicative quote.
2. Quotes are estimates, not offers
Prices and timelines produced by our quote calculator are non-binding estimates provided for guidance only. They do not constitute a contractual offer, and they may change once we understand the full scope of your needs. A binding price is set only in a written, signed engagement agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
- submit other people’s personal data without a lawful basis to do so.
4. Intellectual property
The website, its content, branding and underlying code are owned by OrquidAgents or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced in a paid engagement — including any custom agent we build for you — is set out in that engagement’s agreement.
5. No warranty
The website and its information (including indicative quotes) are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will match a final quotation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrquidAgents is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability under a paid engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement.
7. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “last updated” date reflects the current version.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — to be confirmed], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under local law.
