    What happens

    You describe the workflow in our online calculator — the job to automate, the channels and the tools to connect. It returns a credible, itemised price band and a delivery timeline on the spot, with no sales call required. It is a transparent estimate, not a black box: you can see what each part costs.

    Spend a few minutes in the calculator, then book a short call if you want to talk it through. That's it to get started.

  2. Design & plan

    2–4 days

    What happens

    We turn the scope into a concrete plan: the agent's exact responsibilities, the conversations or tasks it will handle, the data and integrations it needs, the guardrails, and where a human stays in the loop. You get a written plan and a fixed quote before any build starts.

    What you do

    Review the plan, share access to the relevant tools and a handful of real examples (past tickets, documents, records), and approve the fixed quote.

  3. Build & integrate

    1–3 weeks

    What happens

    We build the agent and wire it into your stack — CRM, inbox, Slack, database, payment system, whatever the job needs. We ground it in your real knowledge and data, add the guardrails from the plan, and keep you updated as it takes shape.

    What you do

    Stay available for the occasional question and connect any credentials we can't provision ourselves. We handle the engineering.

  4. Test & review

    2–5 days

    What happens

    We test the agent against your real cases — not toy examples — measuring accuracy, edge-case handling and safe failure. You see it working on your own scenarios and tell us where it should behave differently. We tune until it earns trust, with a human reviewing before anything goes live.

    What you do

    Try the agent on cases you care about, flag anything that looks off, and sign off when it's behaving the way you want.

  5. Ship

    1–2 days

    What happens

    We deploy the agent into your live environment with transparency switched on (users are told when they're talking to AI), monitoring in place, and a clear escalation path to a human. We roll out carefully — often starting limited — so launch is calm, not a leap.

    What you do

    Pick the go-live window and let your team know it's coming. We manage the deployment itself.

  6. Run & improve

    Ongoing retainer

    What happens

    Once it's live we keep it healthy: monitoring performance, watching for drift, handling model and dependency updates, and improving it as your volume, edge-cases and needs grow. You get regular reporting on what it's handling and the hours it's saving.

    What you do

    Send us new cases and goals as they come up. We keep the agent accurate, current and improving — you don't manage infrastructure.
